Drupal is a CMS and the blogger is just one of the plugins available for it.
What is it specifically about Drupal and postgres did you find "not good"?
I'm curious because I am using Drupal too although with a mysql backend.

Well, you really don't have to "switch" databases.  Just because postgresql
is already there doesn't mean you can't install mysql there too.   They're
not mutually exclusive.
