We use PLDT DSL Smallbiz Jr too. Our local mail servers and VPN link to the US seem to be working ok. What services on what ports are you trying to connect to anyway?

call PLDT and ask them to unblock.they probably block by default but as a
biz user you have your rights.  :) ian sison can shed more light on this,
i believe he has some clients running mail servers on PLDT DSL lines.
