Thanks William.

The info will definitely help us build our case in favor of open source. I will use it for my networking with NGOs, however difficult.

The German Government, specifically the "Bundesministerium des Inneren"
(Ministry of Interior Affairs) has published a 444 page Migration-Guide
that covers about every aspect you need to know when migrating from Windows
to Linux.

It can be used as a real cookbook and even includes TCO studies and
comparisons. It is available, both in German and in English. Here are the
direct links to the english PDF:

God bless you. William
