your /etc/tcp.smtp should look like this:
127.:allow,RELAYCLIENT="" a.b.c.:allow,RELAYCLIENT="" d.e.:allow,RELAYCLIENT="" :deny
this allows relay for networks w/ ip a.b.c. and d.e. it denies relaying for others. also, get qmail-scanner. if you have the money, i'd recommend openprotect for your anti-spamming activities. they have a trial download, btw...
