How do I serve non-ASCII files in Apache?
I need to put up on a web site a large number of resumes, and a considerable number of these resumes are from European people, with , umlaut and other non-ASCII characters in their resume file.
Is it a Linux config issue, or an Apache config issue? I'm running Apache 2.0.49 on Fedora Core 1.
URL-encoding the files before serving them on the web is an option I'm trying to avoid.
Thanks,
rad
