About the Speaker
Paul Coates has been a member of the e-business architect
team for two
years, although he began his tenure with IBM in 1989. He
earned his MBA
in information systems from University of North Texas and
has 22 years
information technology experience in multiple industries,
including oil
and gas, insurance, finance, distribution, enterprise
software and
health care. Paul is an IBM Certified for e-business -
Solution Designer
and Solution Technologist and is IBM-certified on IBM
WebSphere Studio

Clifford Spinac is a Senior Software Engineer in IBM ISV &
Developer
Relations Technical Consulting (or the Dragonslayers) in
Austin, Texas.
He has held various software development, design,
architecture, and
planning positions over his 26-year career with IBM. He also

patent filings, 10 published articles, and is an IBM Master
Inventor.
During the past five years, he has worked as an e-business
