I agree with you and the rest who replied to you. In fact, I sent a feedback 
to the inq7 editors. It reads:

Insensitive analogy between a hacked web site (gov.ph) and gang-raped sister!

It's really offensive, gender insensitive.

I wish editors clarify on their gender policy.
