i've noticed httpd eating up so much of my cpu.
googled 'bout my prob and some pros said some connection 'bout php.
i've been running a php-based webmail for a quite along time now but has only
encountered this problem lately.
is there something that i could tweak in php, if this is indeed a php issue.
