Block all outgoing connections to port 5050. Or if you want, block all
connections on the IP addresses of scs.msg.yahoo.com. scs.yahoo.com,
cs.yahoo.co.jp.

In addition to the port and IP above, since you're probably allowing
outgoinf connections on port 80, block the IP address for
http.msg.yahoo.com.
