I usually charge for P2000 per service installled and that's about 5 services so P10k. It doesn't include yet linux installation which I will also charge for 2k. Considering that PHP and MySQL is pretty easy to install, I would soften a bit. But not for the firewall and monitoring. So all in all I think P9K would be fair.
