I'm not from APC but I live in Sucat and commute often: the entire length from where the flyover from EDSA meets the expressway up to the entrance of the skyway is a "no loading/unloading" zone. Cabs and private vehicles can enter the shell area to drop passengers off but PUJs and PUBs won't. People unwilling to trek from the MRT will have to take a cab from the Ayala MRT station.
