I'm afraid we really need to see the logs this time. I was hoping that the problem was postfix is not parsing your mydestination parameters properly because of the missing commas, but as I read your previous post, its outlook and not postfix which gave the "recipient address rejected" error.
Tried it. Still not working. Doesn't Postfix complain if the server is behind NAT?
If you are behind NAT, try to define the proxy_interface in main.cf.
