How do i get the average (lets say per 5min) of my network interface card?
I can get the current usage with ifconfig
RX bytes:983707263 (938.1 Mb) TX bytes:2434911649 (2322.1 Mb)and same with /proc/net/dev. is there a way to get an average of this without using other programs? I just want to get it from commandline. tnxx
