Hello all,

I am currently setting up heartbeat + DRBD on a machine running on Mandrake
Linux 10.1 Official with 2 HDDs with LVM2 setup. My 2 servers are identical
with respect to their hardware parts. Now,I'm having a problem copying the
images of my 2 hard disk drives from serverA to serverB considering that my
partitions are the following:

- - - < s n i p > - - -

# df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/hda3 4.0G 113M 3.9G 3% /
/dev/hda1 61M 9.1M 49M 16% /boot
/dev/mapper/lvm-home 58G 250M 58G 1% /home
/dev/mapper/lvm-tmp 896M 33M 864M 4% /tmp
/dev/mapper/lvm-usr 5.4G 1.2G 4.2G 21% /usr
/dev/mapper/lvm-var 5.4G 119M 5.2G 3% /var

- - - < s n i p > - - -

Yes, I'm just using 2 Seagate 7200RPM IDE HDDs. :(

Anyway, is it possible to use the dd command and copy the images of the 2 HDDs
at the same time to the other 2 HDDs? Or if not, what is the best tool to
copy the 2 HDD images from serverA at the same time over the network because
I'm planning to boot the serverB using Knoppix instead?

Thanks in advance.
