The exam was $250 when Bluepoint still had it. But due to a dispute with RH APAC (probably because Bluepoint wasn't producing enough training/testing revenue for RH) the testing was moved to the local RH distributor, Touch Solutions, who, unfortunately, didn't have any technical knowhow at the time. I think that is how the training/testing part was contracted to Q-Linux.
