I was looking around SourceForge and other sites for a good email support ticket system, but I didn't imagine there was so many (*hek hek*), and I can't test all of them one at a time. I've only tested one, it's called 'osTicket', it works, but I had a bit of problems with email recieving on Postfix. (sayang)
Anyways... asides Kayako and Cerebrus Helpdesk (this one is great, pero may bayad *sniff*), is there any other _good_ email ticket systems out there that you guys could suggest?
Requirements ko lang naman kasi is that the helpdesk system recieves a mail.. (like when a client sends to... [EMAIL PROTECTED]) it automatically replys to the sender a ticket/reference number, and then puts it in a queue for a support agent to review.
Thanks in advance. And have a nice day!
