If it has something to do with suing the software vendor vendors like
M$, etc, if their product fails, that might not work either. At least
most of those click-through license agreement they always claim that
they offer no kind of warranty or they're not responsible for anything
that might go wrong because of the use of their software. And as far
as I know, there are many parts of the world where those click-through
license agreement is legally binding (not sure here the same is the
case locally).
