If you're after high availability this is poor design.  You've
introduced a single point of failure with your high-capacity UPS.
Remember that the goal of HA clustering is to eliminate as many single
points of failure as possible.  It would be preferable to have at least
one UPS per server that you have, much better to have more than one...
