i'm testing svn+ssh on debian sarge, currently.
for developers, i think it is a must to have one installed in the local workstation for tracking things you've been doing.
it was a mess from the start. but i finally got it working with correct permissions to different directories.
the TortoiseSVN, a Subversion client which is implemented as a windows shell extension is "The coolest Interface to (Sub)Version Control." hehehe....
