That is also the same situation everywhere. Here in DRC/UN, only a few indians knows linux.
I was actually surprised to see an Iraq using Linux but when I approached him, he was just using the GUI to do everything. And was shock to see me switch to console and type "vi and tailf" to see the conf and the logs. hahaha. He told me that you dont need to do that because SUSE GUI is good enough for that. And a pakistani friend of mine here told me that they dont have any linux training center in their country. Not one he said.
