I think the problem has more to do with the quantity. The reason the customs office is asking for a fee is that they're suspecting that the shipment is for some commercial stuff. According to the other posters and other people I know who have ordered, they haven't encountered any problems at all. But then again they ordered small quantities, ranging from 1 - 10 sets. Ordering 30 or 50 cds will make any customs official in any part of the world will think your shipment is for commercial purpose (as in you're going to sell them). I think it would make more sense if you just order as little as possible, maybe one copy per architecture and just burn it to cds if you're distributing them. -- Gideon N.
