It could be possible but you might have to also run postfix on the machine with the pop server to accept mails coming from your mail exchanger. Then let transport handle the delivery for your domain from the MX to the pop server's postfix service. You would also have to maintain two sets of user accounts on the MX and the pop server, unless you use some sort of central account service like ldap, in case you will just use the alias to move mails from the mx to pop. Another might be to use a shared drive for the mail storage such as NFS or maybe DRBD. There might be other possible ways to go about this too. HTH!
