I guess some postman read my blog[1], got his conscience feeling heavy
and did his job. :D

Bu seriously, I'm suspecting that there are other concerns besides
corrupt public servants that could delay the parcels. For example, in my
case, the parcel took a rather long route from South Africa (or Isle of
Man) going into the Netherlands then travelling all around Asia. Mabuti
pa nga yung parcel, nag-Grand Tour pa ng Europe at Asia :)

Daet's post office is part of the postal service, and they're not doing
much of a pretty good job here too. They were receptive enough though,
as they took time listening to me what's supposed to be in the
parcel. So I guess, in exchange for that, I had to pay some sweet talking...
