I'm trying to install ubuntu on 5 machine via a netboot. I downloaded
pxeboot.tar.gz from the ubuntu site and started to stup a dhcp/bootp,
tftp server on a slackware box. The clients can't boot and says that
it doesn't receive any dhcp offers. But according to my
/var/log/messages:

box dhcp: DHCP-discover <mac address>
box dhcp: DHCP-offer <ip address>

so the clients receives the information on the ip address. Assuming
that I have dhcp working properly, I played around with my
/etc/inetd.conf for tftp

tftp dgram udp wait root /usr/sbin/in.tftpd in.tftpd -v -s /tftpboot -r blksize

i tried blksize, blksize2, timeout, and utimeout for the -r options but
nothing worked.

I'm using an ecs kt600 motherboard with a built-in via rhine 2 lan.
The lan boot shows "Intel UNDI PXE 2.0"

i get errors like PXE-E51: no DHCP offers received and later a PXE-M0F
(I forgot what it is but i think it came from the result that no
bootimage was found)

where do you think can be the problem? I use tftp-hpa and dhcpd by isc
(all stock slackware 10.0 packages)
