FOSS stands for Free/Open Source Software. First time to encounter PSOS,
but it's listed in VERA (Dec 2003) as Provably Secure Operating System.

Wow. That's a hefty signature, eh? Much longer than the one line
message, that's for sure. Maybe you can consider trimming it down a bit?
When coupled with the list's footer, it makes for a hefty bit at the end
of the message. Just feedback, FWIW.
