By the way, since Ubuntu tracks Debian sid changes, I'm pretty sure that some of the Tagalog (tl) translations that the debian-tl team has worked on has made their way into Ubuntu. So if you are interested in doing localization work, working on Debian translations will impact not just Ubuntu, but other Debian based distributions as well. The debian-tl list isn't strictly for Debian Tagalog translation work only, but is open to those interested in Tagalog/Filipino translation of F/OSS, regardless of distribution. We are also working on translating GNOME, and plan to work on KDE, OpenOffice.org and Mozilla translations besides Debian. There isn't a high amount of activity there yet, and we need your help to get out more translations and reviews of translations out the door. We welcome reviewers, writers as well as translators and developers to join the list.
