Ignacio,

I would like to ask links as well suggestions on how can I pass all
SMTP traffic from a linux machine to another? A scenario where in the
linux box will be used for content filtering before reaching the real
mail server.

I don't know if you already arrived with an answer, but postfix has many mechanisms for forwarding mails,
in your case, you can use transport maps to define what transport to use per domain or even per account.
Read the sample transport config in your postfix directory for details.
