The membership guidelines are with Ian. We've made deliberations on
this one during the board meetings, and I think Ian can relate to this
better as he's the VP-Internal.

PhilOSC unfortunately isn't a PLUG event, and thus this can't be
assured. That would be in the hands of the organizers of the event
(Imperium).

There's already discussions for free email forwarding (@linux.org.ph).
