I'm typing along and mistype something. A window opens with a command
prompt. I'm not sure what opened it (UbuntuMATE 16.04), but it might
have been <ctrl><alt>F1. <ctrl>D doesn't close it. exit doesn't close
it. I assume it's owned by some process, but I don't know what to call
it to search for it in the output of ps ax.
