Ed might want to chime in since he is the master of nvidia.slackbuild, but I think the 610 is not supported on driver 410. You might need 390 instead.
Nvidia's website doesn't list the 610 in the list of supported products for v410, but it does for 390. Maybe you need the legacy version?
