The slackbuild is for JDK 8, they give a download link even though it won't
work.

Note the version, you downloaded JDK 11. So no, it won't work. Go back to
the downloads page and scroll down. They offer the same set of downloads
with a different version. I don't see a reason why you would need anything
other than JDK version 8 or openjdk.
