I read about it online on a squid wiki, it is evidently illegal to
deploy sslbump in some countries, at least if you are a business.  
How would it be unethical to filter a home network that children 
use?  I call that being a parent.

Anyways, sslbump looks technically quite complicated.  Maybe using
opendns is good enough to keep kids out of "adult" sites that use 
the https protocol without breaking the intent of https, privacy 
and security.
