The Kensington Orbit Trackball w/scroll ring:
Left button: button 1, 0x100
Right button: button 3, 0x400
both buttons: button 3, 0x100
button 3, 0x500
button 1, 0x400
No button 2 for pasting what button 1 highlights.
The Logitach Marble Trackball (model T-BC21):
Left big button: button 1, 0x100
Left small button: button 8, 0x0
Right small button: button 9, 0x0
Right large button: button 3, 0x400
L-R big buttons: button 3, 0x100
button 3, 0x500
button 1, 0x400
small buttons do nothing; no button 2 for pasting what button 1 highlights.
Nspire 2-button mouse w/scroll wheel:
Left and right buttons as above.
Press scroll wheel: button 2, 0x200
The question is how to configure 10-evdev.conf to provide a button 2 for the
Kensington Orbit (or Logitech Orbit).
