I'm trying to run tesseract to generate a text file of a tiff image. The
tiff file is out-1.tiff. It contains a clean image of text. I run:
rsteff@ENU-2:~/Desktop/Challenge$ tesseract -i out-1.tiff -o out-1.txt
read_params_file: Can't open out-1.txt
Tesseract Open Source OCR Engine v4.0.0-beta.1 with Leptonica
Error in fopenReadStream: file not found
Error in findFileFormat: image file not found
Error during processing.
rsteff@ENU-2:~/Desktop/Challenge$
Tesseract creates the file out-1.tiff.txt, but it is empty.
Any ideas?
