Don't we already have an ongoing email thread for this exact issue? Currently one solution has been suggested three or four times, and another solution was suggested for the first time yesterday by Jason Barnes. We're waiting for you to report back on these potential solutions.
Reid, Jason, et al.: I've modified every *.conf file in the /usr/share/logwatch/ and /etc/logwatch/ directories to clear every service then report on the logs listed. Logwatch still reports only postfix, disk_space, and lm_sensors. I've read at least a half-dozen web pages on configuring logwatch and what I've done is what they all say: specify the services you want using lines such as: Service = cron Service = sshd etc. Some suggest modifying only /etc/logwatch/conf/logwatch.conf because the /usr/share/logwatch/ directory tree can be overwritten by upgrades. I'm totally stymied and puzzled by this new 64-bit system rejects what worked for a couple of decades on 32-bit hosts, including Slackware since 2003.
