Hi Alan, I have never used Clear linux, so this is probably not for me.
Though, I was curious what is the survey about - Embarrassingly, it does not load in current Firefox on SuSE. No private-window or paranoid setup was used. Just out of curiosity - Does it need ClearLinux or Windows or Edge ...? Anybody else brave enough to click this link in Firefox on Linux? Did it work for you?
