Because it's spam? I'm no expert on email headers, but whenever i see "To: Linux User <[email protected]>" I'm pretty sure the reasonable assumption is that the message is completely bogus.
"myaccount" and "mypersonal.account" are both keywords used by web-based profile management systems.
