https://pdxlinux.org/ In order to follow through with this commitment you need to provide a path forward for those who feel abused. This is commonly known as a "dispute resolution policy". You don't clearly state how one should go about reporting a concern with the behavior of members on your mailing list. Without providing that path forward towards resolution, you will never know how someone feels about the behavior of other users. Dispute Resolution is important in any group.
