Again, using Xubuntu 18.04 with XFCE.
In other environments I could let the mouse wander out of the active
window and the scroll wheel would still work on the active window. Now,
if the mouse is out of the active window, scrolling selects whatever
window the mouse is over. Is this a feature I can change? I think I've
seen a reference to focus follows mouse, but don't know where to adjust
it on my system.
