We had a test run today for my ringcentral-hosted presentation next week. The ringcentral linux client worked fine (but I hear through only the left headphone speaker and there's constant buzz there, too). The three of us could see and hear each other.
The problem comes when I invoke 'impressive' to display the pdf slides and try to share that window with others at the meeting. Ringcentral does not see it as part of the desktop although it's on the same virtual one as the ringcentral window. Ringcentral does see the gkrellm window, however, but I don't need to share that. Has anyone experienced this inability to share a separet window on a linux host with others partipating in video meeting? Might there be something I can do to allow me to share the slides and control their display?
