Folks, I have an older Samsung tablet. I am trying to do remote into the tablet and get the tablet screen on my laptop. The problem is that all I find are solutions that need Android 5 on the tablet and good old Samsung does not have anything above 4.1.2.
Any suggestions as to what I can run on my laptop (running Mate 18.04) so I can bring up the screens on the tablet and enter data and other wise work with the tablet from the desktop? I can access the files and ssh into it I just can't seem to find something that will allow me to pull the screens off of the tablet and manipulate them on the laptop. If it was Android 5 or greater I would use scrncpy, I use it on my newer devices works great.
