My experience is that som modern TVs/ monitors have this built in. You put all your pictures on a flash drive, plug it in the monitor. Navigate to the right place in the menu and it will flip through the images at some pace. I don't know about the music, but you could do this separately with a phone or? I found it more interesting to stand around and talk about the photos and the music would distract from that.
