Just an update for everyone else here, I went ahead and did some
testing of my own the the Raspberry Pi 3 model b, and there appears to
be problems running QEMU-system on NetBSD 9.1 on the Pi even with
accel=tcg. It just hangs and doesn't do anything, using no cpu either.
Bare-metal stuff works fine though, even X11.
