I would recommend adding one intake fan (or even relocating the existing
fan) in a filtered location. This is not (directly) for cooling, but to
maintain positive pressure inside the case.
If your exhaust is greater than the intake, then it pulls in air
wherever it can, this leads to dust being pulled in at all the seams. By
having an intake fan that is filtered, then it results in far less dust
inside the case, so the fans and heatsinks stay clean and therefore more
efficiently cool the system.

It is not likely a major issue if you leave it as is, but fans are cheap
and easy to install, so I always lean towards more intake fans than exhaust
fans.
