I would recommend against getting WD Red NAS drives - they are shingled
(SMR) drives. Seagate Ironwolf are normal NAS drives.

The only independent and good hard drive reliability information I have
is from Backblaze:
https://www.backblaze.com/blog/backblaze-hard-drive-stats-q3-2020/

If you:
  a) have no disk errors
  b) SMART data is good
  c) volume scrub/check comes clean
If all the above is met - I do not see reason to replace anything - you
have reliable drives - and you are happy with your backup.

Buying new disks increases your risk initially - until you know that
they are good disks long term.

And - you should consider scheduling monthly disk scrub/checks +
enabling logs on the NAS.

Best luck,
Tomas
