On a related note - those green screen replacement backgrounds look pretty weird in the conference calls with all sorts of artifacts around people's hair, ears, clothes.
Those are probably current styles. :-)
I personally find it better if people just display static photo - if they really feel that they must be seen with some nice background and cannot just tidy up their room.
I've a nice video of a flowing stream that displays nicely using ffplay. As soon as I finish a draft of this presentation I'll record it with that in the background.
