I attended (virtually) a recent meeting, and I have a few observations:

1) In the past we have had occasional issues with the meeting room
including"

People not realizing it is in the basement, and not being able
        to find it

        Travel time and parking

Discovering that the room is locked and being unable to find
        anyone to unlock it.

2) To join the one meeting that I attended I just copied and pasted the
URL from PLUG.com into Chromium, and everything just worked.

Others have expressed difficulty connecting, and while
I was connected I noticed a few who had difficulty. We need to
enhance the connectivity, with specific methods for our
        membership.

3) Being able to present virtually should make it easier to obtain
'speakers.'

We need to come up with rules relating to how the presentation
should be done. This should include places for a presenter to
rehearse the presentation. There are a lot of other issues
relating to how the presentation should proceed.

4) Making it easier to present may make it easier to have meetings more
than once a month, possibly by expanding/classifying the topics to be
presented. Or meetings may be scheduled outside of the traditional
'first Thursday' schedule.

5) Assuming that the software allows capturing the presentation as a
video, making it available to the presenter, sans copyright, might be
an enhancement for a presenter.

Videos of presentations might be hosted on plug.com.

I offer the above as points for debate. :)
