I really like my Kensington Expert Mouse Pro USB trackball. I bought it used in about 2008 for ten bucks. If it ever stops working, I would be happy to attempt repairing it. I also use an old Logitech trackball that's almost as good as the Kensington (the Kensington is ambidextrous which helps when one hand gets tired).
