One simple trick I use is to have an aliases file just like /home/user/aliases
in
/etc/postfix/main.cf. Then I can make a "from_someone: user" line any time I
have to
provide an email address. When "someone" sells me out to spammers, I just
comment out
that line and all their mail goes into the junk account, and nobody else who's
emailing me has any trouble, since they're emailing a different address.

It's not exactly machine learning, but it does help identify where the spam is
coming
from, and which pure innocent soul you can kick in the jubblies for giving your
address
to spammers.
