Current customers may upgrade their DSL with Qwest, going to either 3Mbit or 7Mbit. New customers, I would suppose, could sign up with the faster speeds.
No new equipment. Mine should be on by the 12th. It's an extra $10 / month, and I'm still on the phone with Qwest.
